  • This is how you make homefries great video!!!

  • This is the best homefries recipe on the net. I boiled the potatoes and stored them for two days in the fridge covered in water. I prepared them at camp for 12 Boyscouts and they were delicious.

  • Instead of pre-boiling them can you microwave for maybe 5 minutes?

  • Yes, I microwave my potatoes instead of boiling them for homefries, and it works quite well.

  • i made some today, i make em different. Cut the sides so they are flat. Cut them in julienne strips or watever. Then cut them into cubes.

  • Why don't you add something to YouTube you simpleton if you can cook so well. This is to ZTheWiseOne.

  • He's so right... I've tried to cook homefries without boiling them first and it just doesn't work - it takes at least an hour to cook through, and by then the outside is all leathery. A very good, basic recipe for homefries!

  • those look tasty!

  • Im sorry but I dont agree with anything that you do to make homefries. Me and my husband both like my home fries better. I think cooking them before makes them more like mashed potatoes. They cant take the flipping.

  • would it turn out differentially if you cut them shoestring?

  • looks more like fried mash potato to me

  • looks like it, but taste great and nice crunchy texture. BTW, please subscribe to the new channel "foodwishes" YT

  • Good teaching video.

  • chef, you're the greatest. welcome back. we missed you, but seriously... "millions and millions"? doubt it.

  • well, eventually.

  • Give it time.

  • example of brands of high quality non-stick pans?

  • check my website, I have a product recommendation link.

  • yum

  • man I cant wait to try out all your recipes! I gotta move out first though
