I can enjoy the perks of both sort of places, but prefer not to be in the middle of absolute NOWHERELAND! The quiet gets old... Maybe when I am like 80 I can appreciate the nothingness of living in solitude.
I'm a Country Girl. I don't know if I'd like living in the city or not. I lived in Cincinnat for a few months and I hated it! lol That stuffing sounds good! I love cashews! Happy Thanksgiving!
wrong on the date. we're in between people, i'd rather live in the country though, or on the out skirts but we have to be close to a city. we're too arts based to be left in a tobacco field, though that's where i was raised.
we don't ever have people over, we always go to eat with family. we always watch the macy's parade and make fun of the shitty colorguards, since that's what we do for a living, teach kids with flags and rifles/sabres. always fun.
SO wrong! I'm an in between-y too. I don't like to be too far away from civilisation. I am only an hour and a half from Manhattan so that works for me. I can train it to MOMA and all the cool little junk stores, lol!
Making fun of the parade sounds like a blast, actually. we usually put it on for ten minutes, then turn it off complaining that it gets shittier every year.
There's green in my country! Ever fly in to the North of England and see all the farm land divided up? Way cool! Granted, there's a LOT more green HERE! It's just a smidgen bigger, lol!
OMG... Mama's stuffing sounds like heaven! (Droooooooling!)
Sometimes you have to be where the work is. Dean hates the city with a passion. I can't imagine surviving a day in NYC with him. He's be on the six o'clock news for clobbering some random rude person or something, lol.... and he'd probably be seen sporting germ-fighting gear, haha!
I know ALL about small places and trying to cram more than four people comfortably! I used to say, "There's not enough room to swing a cat in here!"
DONE! I'm still working on leftovers!

I though so too. It probably does, but I was really iffy when I was the state of the shelving where the pink stuff was spoiled, lol!

I am a country person living in the city and hating most of it!
I love to cook for people but my house is too small to host the holiday. Nuts eh?

The country can get boring for a girl who likes hustle and bustle!
