When the Coraline commercials were on they introduced it as: "FROM THE DIRECTOR OF 'THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS' COMES.... CORALINE!"

Tim Burton didn't direct Coraline.

Logical deduction means Henry Selick did... but if you aren't that smart the commercial ALSO said Henry Selick was the director of Coraline.
