I just dyno'ed my KB '03 Cobra at 604RWHP and my 2012 coyote at 401 RWHP (videos on my channel), but that Enzo is soooooo sexy. Even if you are in a car that is faster, that just means you get to see something other than the back of the Enzo. I had a chance recently to really look over a yellow Enzo. As far as straight line racing goes the Enzo holds its own but isn't likely to be the fastest. But you take any of those cars around corners at top speed and the Enzo will smoke any of them. Its not always about the top speed on a straight away, top speed around corners is what makes the difference!

I merely pointed out that the Enzo would beat them in a track sort of environment where they have to go around tight corners. The Enzo is built specifically to do that sort of thing. I am not discounting the value of a Camaro or Mustang. I'm just saying that comparing an Enzo to a Camaro or Mustang is like comparing an F1 car to a Nascar. Both have their strengths but they are designed for different purposes.

They handle just as well as any other sports car with aftermarket parts... especially if you have the time an money for a completely custom rear independent suspension (around $8k for the kit for older ones, dont feel like looking up the price for newer mustangs) put about 15k in the suspension and 15k in the motor of a new 2012 mustang and u have a supercar killer on the strip or track.
@lHiTMANll EXACTLY. In fact, I think it's possible (i might be wrong) that if you have enough money for an Enzo, then you could buy a used mustang, and modify it to outrun and out-perform the Enzo. Mustang is a very good vehicle and reacts very well to modifications. Dual-charge a big block, high compression, water injection, Mustang II frond suspension to make room for the big block, weld up a separate frame, some other mods I can't think of, do the work yourself, and there you are!!!

all motor =) you can easily get 600whp out of a coyote. Thats all you need on a track. Plus adding 150 lbs to the front of the car with a super charger and turbo isnt really worth it if you're going for grip.
idk if it would be possible but I'd also try to figure out a way to put the transmission in the back like the vette and SLR(or w/e that mercedes super car is)

@dyroone8192 a stock Enzo goes 10.8-11 sec in the 1/4 mile which is really good for a Stock car until you look at it's price it is a $670,000 car. A stock gt500 at full boost and drag tires($65k) does low 9s in the 1/4 mile. And a stock GT-R($90k) and stock Z06($80k) does circles around it on the nurumburging. I would say there is grounds for bragging rites. But if you want to say that it is worth it's retarded price b/c you like it's looks well then there is nothing that can be said to you.

Let me just say that I am a huge fan of domestics and think that the corvette and various pony cars are some of the best performance values in the world. With that said a value of a car is worth more than the sum of all its parts. You could get Enzo performance without paying so much, but you've missed the point of the car. None of the cars on your list will so faithfully imitate the experience of driving an F1 car like the Enzo.

They handle just as well as any other sports car with aftermarket parts... especially if you have the time an money for a completely custom rear independent suspension (around $8k for the kit for older ones, dont feel like looking up the price for newer mustangs) put about 15k in the suspension and 15k in the motor of a new 2012 mustang and u have a supercar killer on the strip or track.

@lHiTMANll EXACTLY. In fact, I think it's possible (i might be wrong) that if you have enough money for an Enzo, then you could buy a used mustang, and modify it to outrun and out-perform the Enzo. Mustang is a very good vehicle and reacts very well to modifications. Dual-charge a big block, high compression, water injection, Mustang II frond suspension to make room for the big block, weld up a separate frame, some other mods I can't think of, do the work yourself, and there you are!!!

all motor =) you can easily get 600whp out of a coyote. Thats all you need on a track. Plus adding 150 lbs to the front of the car with a super charger and turbo isnt really worth it if you're going for grip.

@dyroone8192 a stock Enzo goes 10.8-11 sec in the 1/4 mile which is really good for a Stock car until you look at it's price it is a $670,000 car. A stock gt500 at full boost and drag tires($65k) does low 9s in the 1/4 mile. And a stock GT-R($90k) and stock Z06($80k) does circles around it on the nurumburging. I would say there is grounds for bragging rites. But if you want to say that it is worth it's retarded price b/c you like it's looks well then there is nothing that can be said to you.

Let me just say that I am a huge fan of domestics and think that the corvette and various pony cars are some of the best performance values in the world. With that said a value of a car is worth more than the sum of all its parts. You could get Enzo performance without paying so much, but you've missed the point of the car. None of the cars on your list will so faithfully imitate the experience of driving an F1 car like the Enzo.

If you get an enzo you can run it for a VERY long time and the engine wont give out. You mod a mustang or any other car and ti will break pretty fast compared to what it would stock. You will have to but and but to repair it. Also if you are driving around in a Ferrari its a status thing. It shows you have a lot of money. Driving in a gt500 thats super moded mean you havetime

@ShelbyGt1000cw sorry but a z06 would not run circles around an enzo around the nurburgring, they posted faster times but the z06 and the zr-1 were both running super slick tires where as the enzo was behind by less than a second with stock tires, the zr-1's lap times vary from 7:25 all the way to 7:59 which shows how good the consistency is first off, second your a total noob if you think the price is based solely on it's looks. it's because they only made 399 of them, u pay to be exclusive.
