My suggestions for where to get the elf blood: Dunmer & Altmer: go back to Ustengrav (you had to go there to complete Way of the Voice). Orc: Lagashbur, outside the walls. If you've never been you'll see a battle between Orcs & giants. At least one of the Orcs will die even if you choose to help them. Finally, at the entrance of Point Peak cavern just north of Ivarstead there's the corpse of a Wood Elf hunter.

In case anyone didn't know as the video poster didn't. All the mer blood you need are actually members of the failed expedition into the dwemer ruins that Septimus sends you in to. You will come across all of them on your way down. Finally in blackreach you will have the last of them the Falmer. I'm pretty sure you can harvest the falmer blood off the dead corpses of any falmer on your way back.

Beta Patch is AMAZING!!!! Unbelievable performance gains for my me (gtx 480 OC'd to 825 mhz 1055t @3.2ghz) Had terrible performance inside city walls. The view of whiterun from the steps of dragonsreach for example i would go down to about 22 fps. Now im between 45-60 fps no matter where i am. The performance optimizations alone are the best feature in my opinion for my rig. Get it through steam now!
