Poor crane ! served to disgrace ppl for decades. Why couldn't they dismantle it portion by portion ?

quicker and cheaper to cut its supports, ive worked in demo where they did the same with steel framed buildfing i was working in.. asked wot my mate was doing and he showed me that he had cut every support to less than a third, then they knocked it down with 360 degree excavators.
