I'm from Sweden, and why the divorce rate are so high in, at least Sweden, is because of the view of marriage is not heavily influenced by religion. The fact that people choose to co-habitat instead of marrying in Sweden has absolutely nothing to do with the domestic partnership (now marriage) law, it's because co-habitation is supported by law and also because having children out of wedlock isn't frowned apon in the society anymore. An adult should be able to marry another adult if they both wish, everyone should have that choice. And if they don't wish to marry, they shouldn't be judged because of it either.

Marriage = mother & father, or mom & dad, or husband and wife or bride and groom. All these terms are gender specific. Ask any 5 year old and he knows this without being biased. Allow same sex registered partnerships, civil unions or whatever, with the same rights as married couples, but let's not redefine the traditional meaning of marriage.
The rights can be conveyed without insisting on using the term marriage. The relationship is different, the term defining it should be as well.

Your arguement for needing straight couples so the human race can procreate isn't valid. The current estimated population of the earth is over 6.7 billion, I'm pretty sure we're not an endangered species.
Homosexuality isn't a choice, when did you choose to be straight? Having said that I do realize that a small percentage of people do choose, but it's a very small percent.

If your like me it is. I went through a bicurious stage when I was 12-13. I didn't choose gay or straight, I just happen to be straight. Homosexuality I will agree hasn't been proven to be caused by genetics, but it has quite a bit of evidence for it.

i don't like the fact that EVERYTHING is on computers now. Even 10 years ago, that wasn't the case...... things change.

It has happened throughout history. That's what we learn in history class in school all those years.
EVERYTHING affects change. This huge boom of social networking phenomena is unavoidably going to change our history in a BIG way.

Being a couple is by far way more than just about making baby, bitch. Many people who can't have kids are still together because they love each other, not because they want to make a new life. AIDS/HIV is becoming much more prevalent in the homosexual community isn't because of their sexuality. It has more to do with how they have sex. Having unprotected sex with many people isn't a good thing where you straight, bisexual, or gay.

For you to say homosexuality is wrong is an opinion. In fact, homosexuals are cleaning up a lot of heterosexuals' mistake, like the kids many heterosexuals have, but get them taken away because they are neglecting and mistreating them. And believe me that helps in so many ways. You have less proverty people, who are the most likely to commit violence and crimes. You have more people with loving homes. There a lot of things wrong with heterosexual's sex, marriage, and everything elses.

Second, homosexuals do not reduce poverty no more than heterosexuals do. You argument is a fallacy all toge ther,. THere is no logic in what you say nor evidence to support your claims. ALso, HIV/AAids is more prevelant in homosexuals even if they have protected sexs. Condoms can't protect from aids...proven fact!

Well because they can't have children, most of them adopt with help societies social, political, and economical problems. You may a general statement so did I. I can tell by ur arguments that you lack logic. Also, the purpose of condoms is to protect from STD's or prevent pregnancy. However, it has been proven that condoms are not an effective way to prevent HIV/Aids. By the way, I hope you realize that it can take years before HIV/Aids can be detected.

No, did I say if was an effective way to prevent HIV/Aids, I said it helps to prevent it. but gays aren't the only ones that cause the Aids virus. Records show that many heterosexual couples caught the Aids also. Africa where the population doesn't have a high level of homosexuals has a high level of Aids case. Why? because they don't have protection. And they aren't that aware of the virus.

Trust me, because I know people who sleep with AIDS victims and don't have it their selves, because they say they use a condom. That's go for gays, bisexuals or straight. I have a degree in biology, I done the research. Homosexuals catch the AIDS so often because they are having sex though the anal. And when having sex though the anal, you have a high chance of getting stool trap inside the penis, that's goes an infection. With develop if not cure in the AIDS virus. Thats why everyone say lesbian sex is the safest sex. Woman to woman has a less chance of catching the AIDS/HIV virus then man to woman. Read about!
