Man, I really like your style very much! You are a great guitarist with great feeling in all the music you play.

I also have a Les Paul Standard Faded (I'm a lucky bastard!) and it even beats my 80's Les Paul Standards in terms of clarity smoothness! It has a 60's neck and plays very fast with 0.010's.

I really have 1 question to you!

Please, how can you get that lovely Gary Moore/Santana sustain with the neck pickup? Are you using a tubescreamer in front of your amp or not?

acdcflower:Hi, Many Thanks!For the "santana" sound, I just use the guitar tone halfway, and some eq on the amp. I'm not using pedals in front of the amp.The amp has the gain on top, then I have to find my sweet spot, where every good guitar will sustain. But the main thing is the way you tweek your eq on the amp. I spend lots of time in front of the amp just tweeking, and when I think it's ok, I leave the guitar alone.When I come back it's not ok...Cheers
