The same thing happenned in China 20 years ago, and I never heard or saw anything about it being a missile... Russia and China are both Permanent Members of the UN Security Council. The UN was implicated in Monast's expose. They are the only organization with the resources and access to perpetrate such deception on a global scale. The project was called: Project Blue Beam. It was aiming to prove that humans woudld take NASA's Project to higher levels. Of all the aerial phenomena I have seen I have no idea what this was or is.

It's not clear to me if the beam created the spiral or the spiral sent the beam down to earth.

As we near the 'End of Days' there may be more displays or warnings like this.
