It's funny because Rock... really isn't a form of rebellion. Form of style. And JESUS CHRIST was A rocker at his time. He was the FIRST HEADBANGER and a lot of Christian these days have HEAVY METAL rock and I don't find a problem with it. I actually love it (; haha but yeah... Delerious? is great, got to see them up close and personal when they came to Boston many years ago. I believe it was their first US tour and the crowd wanted them to sing the Happy Song, but they never came back for an encore.

actually Rock came from the Blues. So did hip-hop. And Rock EVENTUALLY turned into a form of rebellion against time (60s and 70s). But like just about anything, music also evolve into something different depending on the culture. I recommend doing some culture studies before accusing or pointing fingers.
