  • I could only imagine what really strong front lever strength would benefit other gymnastic skills. Your kip and cast to handstand on bars. A good block on vault...............Actually I think shoulder flexion and shoulder extension is the number one move for men's gymnastics. I can do a front lever on rings with 2 arms but not with 1!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nice work!
