Sakai is soo hot! I love his cooking. he thinks of the big pic and make sure it covers all your 5 senses. While challenger didn't. Only makes things look good is not enough...
the diffrence between the challenger & sakai was: the challenger was only thinking of leek dishes, sakai was thinking of a full course leek meal & very concerned about the judges' taste buds. way to go iron chefs!
The garnish was better than the actual dish!
