I think I know why so many people did these. its the kid in us from those shows that when we were little we wanted to transform into a super hero fighting crime and getting love. What I try to think that all these artist just to do that threw art and characters and for the fun of it. I mean I tried to make one too because the little girl in me wanted to.

But this is just my take on it.

@premadonna17 Imagine a girl in a winter coat twich is really puffy. Then she has to transform into a magical girl, and as we know, the outfits are tight. There is no way they can fight crime in that outfit, a sailor suit and under is a coat for example.

People, when they're making these, need to make sure not to zoom in on a girl's chest when they're transforming. It just makes the girl look like a slut, I think.

@CherryCinnamoroll a fram is a picture. where I said 3 frames, it's the same as three pictures. BTW I watched your video. I don't have movie maker since I have a mac which uses Imovie. try exporting your slide show as a movie then put it back in movie maker. after that adjust the speed to make it go faster. I don't know if you can do that in movie maker so if it doesn't work, you'll have to ask someone else. so far your video looks pretty amazing, all it needs is to be sped up somehow.

I don't understand ^_^'' I'll try to re-explain myself based on what I think you're asking. so say you want them to lift their arm. you'll need at least 3 frames. one where her arm is down, one (or more) where it's half-way up and one where it's all the way up. then play the pictures as quickly as you can in movie maker. if you play them in order it should look like it's moving. each picture has to be slightly different or they'll stand still

@theMewmewpowerfan you have to use whatever drawing program and movie editing program you have and make sort of a stop motion video. most people have movie maker and paint. draw each frame and put them in order on your movie editing program at the shortest time it will allow you to do. or you can go out and buy an animating program like I did.

Yeah. I got one. What I do, is if I'll need a frame to look close to the one before it, I just change a small thing about the picture before and save it as the picture after. That way, It won't take as much time if I have to do it on a short notice.

well they use something like ms paint or Gimp or Photoshop to draw each frame, then they put the pictures into a video maker like windows movie maker or iMovie or Sony Vegas and make each picture flash for a really short time, like a fifth of a second so it looks like it's moving.

It's kind of hard to explain, it's something you really have to learn for yourself ^-^
