Confused how your shoes arrived so Quickly? If you and your dad ordered the shoes on the 23rd and he died on the 26th the. How did your shoes come in two days. With holiday shipping it would take at least 8 days. This supposed to be a contest for the shoes and everyone is trying to make it into a sob story. How about we feel sorry for the kids that lost their lives actually attempting to get the concords. You couldn't remember when
@miranda442 First of all, My Dad helped me order these on the night the Concords came out, he went to the ICU a day after they came out and he died on the 26th.
I am not trying to make a sob story to make people feel bad for me, I am just simply telling a story as to why the shoes are so important to me, I always wanted the Concords because of the history of them but my Dad helped make me appreciate them more.
And yes, I have complete sympathy for those who died over this sneaker-

Like I said, I am deeply sorry for the kids who lost their lives, you can see in my Concord Review that I was talkin about how ridiculous all that madness was, NOBODY deserves to die over a sneaker no matter how hot it might be. The end, I cant get mad at somebody over something dumb like this, thats not what my Dad would have wanted even if its on the internet.

@runningwolf1980 I appreciate the condolences man, it hurts to see my Dad go so soon, but at least he died before I left for Boot Camp and my new life. ( He was fighting cancer for 6 years, and was originally given 6 months to live ) So I cant really be mad since God allowed him to live for so much longer sharing more memories, the Concords being one of them.
And yeah, thanks, one of the last things we prayed about as a family was my Air Force Career, im out to make him proud
