Not exactly the real thing but close enough. Obviously with fewer notes on a harmonica you need to improvise even changing music scale at times.

wow he is amazing...especially in THAT harmonica....i noticed it right away when i heard it....hes using a Tremolo harmonica....unlike chromatic and diatonic its more difficult to accurately control those upper and lower registers...

I am not sure if you really can read Chinese or not.
But this kid had only learn this instrument for 3 months
and this song have many sharps and flats
