we get some good activty out here in Joshua, Texas.... Get pretty good Mammatus cloud activity from time to time. although we've never seen any tornado's here. We got a strange weather phenoma around here. It break's apart at godley and then it seem's close back together around burleson and stay's to the south towards cleburne or north toward's crowley. It never really bother's us here. we get the cloud's just never the weather and i'm not beggin for it either lol.
Although the NWS has algorithms that can resolve warning areas to smaller-than-county-sized zones, perhaps the city or county is not yet up to speed. Just a guess.
That can't be a 2001 siren cause its too high pitched for a 2001. That sounds more like a Modulator or a DSA pitch but those sirens are omni directional types and the one being heard in the video seems to sound more like a rotational siren.

the shelf clouds he showed were slowly spining if you caught that

About half way through I see a lot of sparks in the background, you know like transformers and such. That's usually a good sign of a tornado.

Agreed. Not sure why the siren was sounding. Looked a LOT more interesting to the north/northeast.

usually if the tornado is in your county, the sirens are blown just as a precaution. thats my guest

Yes, I suspect you are right.
