  • youtube haz it all! today I remembered the fun ballet classes when I was a little girl (and before my teacher told me to quit because I did not have the desired body type). thank you a thousand times for refreshing my memories regarding the exercises. also my compliments for you looking absolutely beautiful and natural. I am hesitant to do Pilates all by myself without any teacher though. =/ thanks again and much <3

  • we have manual pumps to fill air in the bycycle tyres....when we pump it with our hands and keep it down with feet.. we get the same up and down moment of this exercise....pity i don't have byccle now...why did i gorw up :(

  • Hi Erin, I have been doing pilates for about 6 months now and while I am noticing a change in my muscles, I still have loads of cellulite on my legs and butt. How can I get rid of this? Will pilates eventually do the trick? I am in New Zealand and summer is in 6 months. I really want to be in a bikini by this summer... Bec ;-)

  • ohhh the dreaded cellulite question!! i have it too! i recommend you do cardio in addition to pilates. treadmill, elliptical, spinning etc.. also drink plenty of water as some say toxic buildup in fat is what makes it look dimply. good luck! xo, erin

  • hi erin, i really love your exercises. you are sooo flexible, how can i get that flexibility??? is there any exercise that help to get more flexible?

  • yoga is a great way to increase flexibility. stretch after you workout when muscles are warm. really the key is stretching.. but it's also genetics. some people are just more flexible. practice, practice!

  • thanks :) pilates is great for toning, strengthening and lengthening the muscle. some people lose weight with just pilates. most people need to add cardio like, intervals or bootcamp classes, spinning etc. i can't tell you if you'll have a flat tummy by august... i don't know where you are now :) but you have plenty of time and if you don't have lots of tummy fat can def get a 6 pack by august! xo, erin

  • Hi Erin. You are brilliant! Do you have any pilates exercises for 'cankles' -lol. I am a small person but have very large legs. No calf muscles and fat ankles. Very unattractive. As a result I never wear skirts, shorts etc. Would love some exercises for the fat legged! Ta ;-)
