As I said before it depends on where you heard it from. Mostly, Q is referring to "Quarter"...in this case it'd be the Second Quarter. Which means Q2 - April, May, and June...so if you were reading/hearing this from a game source than most likely, they were talking about something that happens in those three months. As for E3? It stands for Electronic Entertainment Expo. Sure, something from Japan shows up, but you're thinking of a convention.

Genevieve Aristide put that plan to a screeching halt. She sells Becket up the river at the last minute and seals them both in the amplifier...which let Alma have her way with him. Hard. :)
