This is as accurate as it can come. I became an ISM for my current dealership 2 1/2 years ago. It didn't take 10 years for me. Well done! Sadly, well done.
This one's Hilarious! I'm putting this on my facebook...this happened exactly to me when i was a paralegal. every single step. start writting my papers, put us on twitter and facebook, write blogs..blah blah blah blah hilarious!!!
I started as an ISM in '04 and have lived this. I thought is was based on me. Since the video was made 5 months ago, some more responsibilities have been added. Online reputation manager, Online presence and awareness manager. Also one responsibilty was missed CRM trainer/administrator. I haven't laughed this hard in years. Thank you.
@shawncvieira - You're very welcome, Shawn. Many of us lived this and I LOVE hearing every time someone tells me it is their "life story". It sounds like you have a lot on your plate.... you'll really want to urge for a team around you. People with specialties that can assist you. There is an upside to all of your duties. If you ever want a raise, all you need to do is write your job description.
@BuddhaCharlie - Thanks! I actually use three different ones through the course of the video. We also used multiple types of computers to show the changing times as well.
LOVE this video...thanks guys!
