Those people are from parts of central and south America Mexico, Peru,etc. because their Spanish ancestors mixed with the natives, which no longer made them Spaniards, it classifies them as Hispanics. If you look at Argentines and Cubans, they are different looking from Mexicans, as in they tend to be lighter-skinned and have European features they didn't mix with the natives.
