Someone doesn't take their section the size of the rod. If you use a teasing brush you get a better result if you have fine hair.

@nunvisitsak backcombing can be damaging over time for sure, but just becausr you do it doesnt mean your hair will self destruct :) if you do get into a habit of doing it often, make sure to deep condition your hair to try and keep it healthy :) dont backcomb everyday tho !

Krista, if you'd like a tip to get all of these people off your back, I usually put my hand in front of the camera near where I will be sitting to get the camera to focus on that spot instead of the background. Hope this helps :]

But there's no reason why she can't focus the camera closer to the back ground and back the camera up when its been focused so that she becomes in focus. It's just lazyness. you can be inventive. If you're going to make a how to video, you should be able to clearly see what they're doing. It defeats the purpose -___- I will say, however, her skill with hair is great. This is just constructive criticism. Not hating at all.

She's probably filming this herself with her camera on a tripod. If you look close enough, you'll see the camera is focused on everything in the background. She probably sets the camera down, gets everything perfect, then sits down. Please stop commenting on the focus of her camera, it's not that big of a deal. It looks fine.

@purdydangshnazzy Yeah but it's really not that difficult to focus the camera a little farther forward. If she's using an SLR, then she can take pictures, and find a focusing point that works before filming. Wouldn't take more than 5 minutes, and would greatly improve the quality of her videos.

@MusicBeautyWM7 I use a combination of head and shoulders and herbal essence volume shampoo, mixed together. I also put about a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in the mix and when my dandruff is bad I put either tea tree oil or eucalyptus oil in my head and shoulders bottle, just about five drops, then shake, or just a drop in the mixture right before use. This really works for dandruff and it's even helped my mom with her scalp psoriasis. Hope this helps you! =)
