I also like "The End of Suburbia". I interviewed the director for Radio Ecoshock, my show for non-profit radio stations.
Check out this week's program, with two talks recorded at ASPO 2011 in Washington November 4th. It features CIBC investor guru Jeff Rubin and another Peak Oil pro Charlie Maxwell. Then I interview Ugo Bardi, the founder of ASPO Italy, and a climate analyst as well.
I understand that converting to hydrogen combustion engines would take money from the lobbyists pockets, but wouldn't that greatly decrease the unemployement rate, while removing the need for diminishing fossil fuel dependancy? What are your thoughts?
Good point about China and Russia letting the USA overstretch itself. IMHO, the USA has already bitten off more than it can chew. Pepe Escobar had a good article about this recently.
I think a lot of "Average Joes" want to attack Iran just for kicks. If people understood what taking 2.5 million barrels off the world market would mean, then I'm sure they would lose interest really fast. Keep up the videos.
