  • That is why in Latin America on Japanese trucks are sold,, American trucks can't handle are terrain.

  • It blew my mind to know that it is possible to climb a hill that steep and muddy with a truck! I guess I have been driving a 2wd Ranger for too long.

  • i love my 2002 nissan pathfinder se. that little 3.5L punches well above its weight

  • hey you know weight makes a difference to that gmc then the other 2

  • to bad they couldnt get ford in there only it was already over the hill and gone

  • @busbyboy91 Yeah they couldn't bring in the ford cause it would embarass those other trucks.

  • Aww, the piece of shit Chevy couldn't make it.

  • dodges= SHIT!

  • I agree with megatrailparkboys, like woahhhh

  • the dodge took like a hour just to go up a hill

  • He he he Nissan

  • The nissan is like 'What hill?'

  • seems like a bunch of noobs in trucks that should be towing not wheeling..

  • the kind of tire has a lot to do with this too...

  • Did the gmc have offroad tires and did they even air down

  • damn I need to sell my truck and get a Nissan

  • Did that Nissan have a locker? It being an suv puts a lot more weight over the rear tires.... makes a huge difference! Dodge boy shoulda got a Power Wagon!

  • @thewedgedudeyt the nissan has a locker but it was not engaged at any point in this video

  • GMC driver was a student

  • not a fan of Nissan and i know the dodge is a heavier vehicle but have to admit the nissan was impressive.

  • that chevy needed one of those driver mods yo

  • ferte mia niva na ta gamisei ola re

  • Pfft Hummer pwns all those trucks and its made by GMC woot

  • @tailandfox hummer sucks, the only hummer that you shouldnt be ashamed to own is the h1 (humvee)

  • I love pathfinders!!!!!

  • Dear dodge driver:

stopping half way up a hill is clearly unsuccessful

    Sincerely,

    Me

  • @AwesomenessPrime427 considering he made it up id say he was successful

  • seriously? the dodge was a TRX (aka t-rex)? and had trouble? Unfortunately the GMC was indeed in 4 wheel drive... sooo berouel2, your dumb. People learn from that nissan, and no its not because of the vehicle, im sure if the gmc and dodge took it easy on the gas, the gmc got a crank up a few inches the dodge and gmc would have no issues. The nissan got up quick and painless, cause he's a smart driver and took his fucking time! dont floor it into the grade, otherwise you'll slide right back down!

  • cool video, the problem with the dodge was he didnt know how to control the throttle apparently

  • anybody who knows anything at all, knows its all about the tires, not the truck.

  • wow

  • nissan won

  • and the japanese car just rolls right over. lawl

  • @njdcknsn the hill that is*

  • generic made chevy cant do it

  • not bad for the dodge with out off road tire in it made it .

  • who takes stock tires off roading , and a quad cab? haha bt thumbs up for trying

  • the gmc was not on 4x4

  • @berouel2 it clearly was. watch the video again.

  • @alexrex20 Poor GMC lover trying to stand up for it.

  • @berouel2 you dont off-road much do ya?

  • @berouel2 If it wasn't in 4x4, when it came to a stop climbing the front wheels would quit moving.. a 2 wheel drive rwd vehicle the front wheels only move when vehicle is moving. Please learn basic car knowledge and simple physics before trying to dispute something clearly show as such. K? Thanks!

  • @berouel2 yea it is, the front drive wheel was spinning

  • naa just needs better tires... he looks like he is running all seasons. Wonder if he had G80 too.

  • gmc = shit

  • dodge is the best overall

  • Nissan Rules

  • Where's the ford I bet it would make it with no problem

  • @ Trx420fm1 weeeeee

  • The gmc spoiler was too low. Way to low. His car wasn't made for offroad. If he lifted it though I bet it would have been different.

  • Japanese even dominated the off road scene lol...now can you go jdm off road?

  • `@silverside45 thats one of the biggest schoolings ive ever seen...just go home buddy...

  • dude in the GMC disappoints me :| he needs to pick up his truck too!!!

  • put off road tires on there you cant do that on streeet tires

  • Big ground clearance - √

    Little motor - √

    Missing body parts - √

Once on the incline, the Nissan had a more even weight distribution then the others I bet. That is probably why it didn't spin much. My pops had a '84 Ramcharger that pulled those little hills just as good. That thing was a beast! Of course that jump at the end hurt like hell...

  • Um failllllll I've seen my fifteen year old brother get up bigger hills in a dodge.......

  • back up put it drive gas it and get the sand outta ur vagina

  • lol idiot driving that chevy, backs up, takes the same route he got stuck in twice now! some people can't off road.

  • I remember one time in Iraq we were trying to get up on top of a burm with an angle about as bad as this and the TC told me to crank it sideways and we damn near flipped. Would have killed the gunner most likely. I had never been in a position to train on this stuff and had never done any off-roading before either. Scared the shit out of me dood.

  • them kids do not know how to drive

  • Nissan: Problem? :D

  • @AnchoredWithADragon the nissan dident go in the ruts buddy he actually knew what he was doin

  • @poopmaster1277

Exactly. I found it funny that the others didn't try to make a new path.

  • huh. how much weight is on the back tires on all 3. yeah i think that tis be the reason the nissan didnt hardly spin.

  • To bad it has a shorter wheelbase so that helps a lot!

  • Nissans rule!!!

  • my subaru wouldn't even blink an eye

  • when you're going off roading you must have a 4x4 well i can see you hve that, but you must not stop when going hill climbs..

  • thumbs up for nissan pathfinder

  • you want to know why the nissan went right up? i'll give you two quick reasons. One, its a suv, which means it has more weight over the rear tires unlike the trucks, and Two, It doesnt have as much power to break traction so inturn, it doesnt spin and walks up. You spin, your fucked.

  • @flecur08 and its lighter, three reasons

  • I always new gm sucked but wow.first they beg for money to stay aflot now this.no wonder they failed

  • if the idiot in the gmc knew how to drive he woulda went up fine

  • usa trucks suck and you just provded it

  • @lp000028 just shut up now before you get into something you cant get out of

  • @BMX4LIFE733 fuci you

  • Why are they pussy footing it id back up a good 100 feet then floor it thats what I do in my 1982 toyoto mmmmmmmmmmm see ya (jump)

  • @madsexymanofthenight thats not the point here

  • If the pathfinder could talk it say the other two "y'all got issues"

  • Nissan nuff said

  • Nissan went as if it was no biggie.

  • The tranny is bound back so the torque isnt on par with the intake , he needs to shorten the cam shaft, then re calibrate the guards on the intake. Some blinker fluid wouldnt hurt either.

  • I dont like them.

  • Comment removed

  • gmc to low if it wasnt it would beat any of them trucks

  • 100% grade huh? Dumbass 100% grade is vertical go back to school

  • @silverside45 actually, 100% grade is a slope of 1/1 which is a 45-degree angle. now who's the dumbass?

  • @alexrex20 He is right, even at 1,000% grade is only 84%

  • @alexrex20 I'm not a math genius by any means, but I'm pretty sure that in order to get a vertical slope (or a 90-degree angle) the grade percentage would have to be well over a 1000% grade? If I remember correctly the conversion is just 100(rise/run).

  • @alexrex20 ахаха, сильверсайд мудак

  • @alexrex20 People are so stupid now days, I bet you it was a different video on youtube that taught him that!

  • @silverside45 OWNEd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @silverside45 infinite grade is straight up lol

  • @silverside45 Degree and percentage are two different things. a 100% grade is anywhere from 45-50 degrees in angle. K? thanks!

  • Nissan went up like it was a straight road lols.

  • Front end on the GMC is too low for this climb, I wouldn't push the issue either.

  • mud tires would help.

  • I can't make up my mind if I want a Titan Pro 4X or a Frontier Pro 4X....I love my frontier right now but it's a 2WD.

  • Nissan is a BEAST. Haha, that's laughable. That shorter wheelbase and better tires make all the difference. My buddy had an 87 Toyota Tacoma in high school with a 4 banger and it could climb shit all day, engine doesn't matter on a vehicle that light. He had 33" tires on it too, made a hell of a difference.

  • Well the Nissan is a beast.

  • GO DODGE!!!!!!!

  • Gmc driver was a pussy and was it a z71? My avalanche would make it no problem with its nobbies

  • He needs a pull by a ford inline 6

  • A Jeep would climb that in 2seconds

  • @sdstig show us..

  • @sdstig a jeep is also alot smaller and lighter. it should

  • @sdstig so? thats not a half ton is it?

  • TATRA all the way

  • Im surprised the GMC didn't catch fire while attempting the hill.

  • whats a 100% grade?

  • @Dodgegriff 1 foot forward - 1 foot up

  • Yantram Data Entry Services is most popular business right now in the world. And India is the best option to get best services for Data Entry Service.

    yantram services pvt ltd

  • so ive wathced two videos... can i suggest one thing... a little more of a run

  • yay for a shorter wheel base

  • Yeah, that's what i thought!

Nissan has to get up easier because it weighs less than both of the trucks and a good tire choice made it even more simplified :)

  • A Ford F150 or a Toyota Hilux would have put all three of those ute's to shame...

  • that gmc wouldn't have had any problems if the driver had put the hammerdown.....

  • the nissan is the only one meant to off road. only a lifted dodge is good for off rosading. i honestly think an f 150 would make it up with considerable ease

  • Comment removed

  • My jeep woulda done that in an eighth the time... Your trucks suuuuck

  • @milesthegreatbt yeah they forgot to bring the king of off road vehicles....... JEEP CJ TJ whichever

  • yea the gmcs weight was its prob, and the nissan was pry considerably lighter than the trucks

  • theres no ford there because it would just embarrass the other trucks :D

  • All it takes, is no bumpers. :)

  • jap ftw

  • poor gmc

  • normally weight would help but in this case less weight is better. gmc was the heaviest one

  • Where is the Nissan's back bumper?

  • Nissan went up there like a BOSS!

  • @Topfueltrooper is that why they have had the best selling, most reliable trucks since they started making them? and they have the truck of the year?

  • Yea, I remember the first time I went off-roading..

  • My 94 Toyota 4X4 4cyl would have climbed that in under 5 seconds. These American trucks are garbage. Stupid rednecks.

  • AMERICANS, I LOVE YOU, BUT PLEASE STOP MAKING CARS....Focus the money on cures for cancer or stop smoking. ....your cars....are junk.

  • @vicalm007 i dont think your chinesse cars and european cars are much better? do you even make a truck in europe???

  • All about tires and the driver dont blame the trucks

  • YEAH GO NISSAN! The Nissan handled that like a champ. The GMC obviously had highway tires on too.

  • I guess this is not such a fair fight.

To be fair the cars should have the same tyres, otherwise we are comparing apples with pineapples...

  • Nissan is the best!!!!

  • GMC suck!!!

  • Step 1 for hill-climbs: Push skinny pedal to the floor and hold on. There is no step 2.

  • it come down to traction, and the fact that the dodge might have better tires.

never the less dodge is awsome

  • Tires alone could make that difference. Then account for driver ability and wheelbase... this is a lame comparison.

  • NISSAN made it look easy!!

  • thumbs up for nissan. nissan/GM guy here lol

  • 277 people own GMCs lol

  • I agree with xhenchmanx...and the driver makes a big difference as well.

  • Hahaha looks just like mine . But if anything breaks you better get ready to dig DEEP into your wallet.... Just saying from experience .

  • obviously, its a matter of truck height, weight distribution, wheel spin, and wheel base length......

  • i like all the trucks but I love my tacoma!!! and i don't take it off road, i don't need to

  • Nissan narvara is best

  • Who ate the rear Nissan's bumper ? LOL

  • اخير لقيت من ينافسني

  • Lmao that pathfinder kicked thier ass

  • Damn, no drama for that Nissan. Small and light dude.

  • what tires are being use, are they all the same? same driver each time? theses can make a big difference.

  • أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمد عبدة ورسوله

  • lookes like th gmc could use a fords help

  • funny how nobody knows anything about tire choice here.... Nissan wins because owner, not manufacture.

  • GMC sucks!!

  • Nice dodge, GMC SUCKS!!!!!

  • @gmchaters Nice Dodge??? Nice Nissan! The Dodge took forever to get up there.

  • I like how seriously people are taking this as a comparison. The gm guys shouldn't feel bad though. That sierra obviously wasn't designed to offroad. Hence why gm only left 2 inches of clearance under their plastic bumper. He probably got the best mileage though, if that's any consolation.

  • @beaster29 my nissan gets 12mpg, the dodge gets 11mpg, and the gmc gets 17mpg hahaha

  • @alexrex20 haha, there you go. Rejoice gm guys!

  • @alexrex20 Wow man, I woulda thought the Nissan made much better mileage than that. Thats what my Dad used to get in his old K5 Custom Deluxe with a huge 454 V8!

  • @alexrex20 not to mention it has way better offroad capability except for the fact it's so low

  • @alexrex20 im a dodge guy and liked this comment, lol, and mine gets 9 mpg...

  • @beaster29 Gas mileage doesnt mean much when youre stuck at the bottom of the hill. My money would be on the Nissan that had no trouble getting up. AND its like 20 years older than the other trucks... The Pathfinder shoulda been put up against a 95 Dodge and a 95 GMC for it to be anything like fair. Looks like youre asking alot from a very old truck, and then not even giving it the credit it deserves. The Nissan was the best, obviously. GO NISSAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @MrCivichatchback That was the joke. And what's funnier is that you too are taking it as a serious comparison. It's a couple of buddies out having fun. This video is as much of a display, if not more so, of driver ability as vehicle ability. Though different vehicles will certainly have their strengths and weaknesses.

  • @MrCivichatchback Can't do a comparo, the 95 Chevys are already in the boneyard, and 95 Dodges have rusted into oblivion.

  • @hearsedriver1968 Yeah you right! Hey, you really drive a dead sled?

  • Forever Japan!

  • yeah spit it out lol nissan rules anyhow you take haha!!

  • Not even playing field! The Nissan, like SUV's in genera,l has better weight distribution!

  • I think GMC truck needs a little better tires which be made just for OFF road purposes since with the way I saw it was struggling coming up the hill, I can't say it was designed that bad ! Better made tires for this kind of road & test will make it easier at least it be able to come up a little more !

  • Wht are you Fjord guys always sooooooooooooCOCKY!

  • @brownstailg8 Cause the're trying to convince themselves they don't drive pieces of shit.

  • all companies do that. It just depends what your definition of made in the USA is.

  • that gmc didnt have the right tires for this not a fair comparison they should have used a z71 it would have had about the same ground clearence as the ram

  • jesus someone tell that guy to shut up lol

  • Not trying to be cocky or start shit but my '06 silverado coulda walked up that and i think that nissan was in 4 low the dodge was a noob and the gmc clearly didnt have the traction or clearance. theres videos of my truck on here nothin too special though

  • dodge stands for

    dripping

    oil

    dripping

    gas

    everywhere
