I've always worked out in running shoes, but started to wonder if they're the best thing for P90x. Thanks for the tip, I think it's the first I've seen on YouTube.

@zionlaw If you like minimal stuff, these are great. They have better lateral stability than most running shoes.

@ek1305 Good question. Can't believe I spaced that one. I got them for $100 at Foot Locker. Might be more competitive pricing on the net, but I hate buying shoes without trying them on.
