@KSWR500Z I burned up a piston running 92 octane pump gas in this motor. The ports are timed for 110 race gas. And the flywheel has been rekeyed to advance the timing too.

@MidwestMadness775 Ya, It's a 102c comet with a yellow spring. It engagues the belt at 4200 RPM. Great clutch, never had any problems with it.

somehow mine sounds alot beefier, i think thats because mine has a power pipe and head and carby work, all the good shi... nevermind.. only prob with mine is it aircooled, laame.. ride it for 20 minuets, let it cool for 60... lol anyway.. doesn;t sound bad..

This is bored 2.5mm over (365cc), Full race port, Wiesco piston, polished crankcase, custom pipe and silencer, 41mm Sudco racing carb. And high compression racing watercooled head. Sounds like you are too lean, put the air scoops back on next to the seat, richen up the main jet untill it 4 strokes on the high r's, then step down a size at a time untill it cleans up, then you are perfect. I bet you will find that you can ride longer at higher elevations, because it runs richer, good luck.

i have a FL250, every thing works but the tank is so rusted, that it takes like 10 minutes of riding to block the fuel filter

Nah man, keep the expansion chamber because it forces even more air into the cylinder when the port opens, basically like a supercharger. You need the muffler for a bit of back pressure.
