  • what if you don't have brown sugar ?

  • @DerXiongRocks06 The brown sugar is best for this MV recipe as just all white sugar will make it too dry (more like a cake). It will still work though. It just will not be as moist (like brownies should be). KtC

  • Are they any good

  • 240p we meet again...

  • @92229450 lol cheers from KtC

  • I bet those brownies taste horrible, especially done in the microwave, when you make them using the oven, you can make them fudgy and gooey, they just look really dry

  • OMG.... this video is AMAZING i couldn't believe how easy was that and all the other recipes are almost impossible to do.... if anyone agrees me then please LIKE my comment..... thank you ^____*

  • There goes my diet!

  • mmmm It's looks very yummy ! i love chocolat

  • thanks.

  • hi,my microwave is 800w so how long my browni take plz let me knw

  • Can I use The Brownie Mix Store Bought?!?! Answer anyone please

  • @Rubiredsillie No, you can't. It'll turn out horrible in the microwave.

  • My brownies were a little dry. Why is that? Did i cook it too long?

  • THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY AND IF PREPARED IN OTG THEN WHAT PREHEATING TIME AND AT WHAT TEMP IT SHOULD BE SET?

  • My microwave power level is 1000w so how much time i need to set?

  • @bindu1987 Go 5 min. instead of 6. See comment below. cheers! KtC

  • @kooktocook thank you

  • does it matter what powerlevel your microwave is? i know for some microwaves 'high' is 800 W whereas others is 1000 W

    Clues???

  • @lyndaiz The time will vary but not much. On the higher end larger MV go with 5 min.

Try inserting a toothpick within the centre. It should remove easily (not wet). A small MV was used for this vid. We have since used larger ones. The time is just a bit less. Results are still great. cheers, KtC

  • Looks good but it looks more like a cake than brownies.

  • How much vanilla extract did you put? because im a person who likes to make things the exact steps they are made. thanks for the recipe anyways.(:

  • @prinscstasneem 1 tsp. will do the trick. More won't kill it and less won't hurt it. cheers! KtC

  • Can you do the same recipe but put it in an oven instead?

  • @IDynamicDesigns Sorry for the late response. The recipe would work in the oven however, it is 'formulated' for the MV. I would stick with a typical brownie recipe for the oven. This is nice in a pinch or for those perhaps in a small room with just the MV (students). It is a tasty brownie for the MV. cheers! KtC

  • Honestly... I know a microwave is a bit quicker but in an oven they're a million times better. Microwaves give cake/brownies a weird texture, they should be baked

  • @YouSeeSaf Perhaps the regular cake recipes. This recipe is made for the microwave. A few things added and a couple removed from a typically recipe. They are pretty good. cheers, KtC

  • i tried these and they where soo good but i found out if yours are spongy try to take out a bit of egg.

  • @kooktocook can i use convection microwave to bake any cake recipe? And i wana ask u what does sourcream does to cake?

  • I tried this, and it was very spongy and a bit gross :'D nice thought though! ^_^ <3

  • Can you skip the brown sugar?

  • @GardenFuchsia Using just white sugar will make a hard crumbly type brownie. For the MV version it is best using the brown sugar as well as the white. KtC.

  • all praise to God,and thank u so so much for this great resipi n method,i just tried for the first time in my life,as my friends are coming over tomorrow for gathering! i tried a little n it taste awesome n it came out smooth, spongy n just so nice!

  • Love those Brownies they are so good i just cant get enough of them

  • what if i want to add peanuts on the top?

  • @1000whitedusts Works for me! YUM!

  • What about the oil?

  • @foreverritaya There isn't any in this recipe as the butter will do the trick. The wife (Lady Kook) says she has tried the oil for this microwave version and the brownie was a bit too 'heavy'. We both make it this way (no oil, just butter) regularly for a quick tasty treat.

    cheers Rita!

  • Screw the oven we got microwaves

  • @MegaRallycar lol 'Long live the microwave'.

  • this recipe is cool i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it

    easy and time saving

and very great in taste must watch

  • some1 who has made this.... IS IT WORTH MAKING??

  • i have a problem......when i finish adding the things (except vanilla)....the mixture isnt thick and is very dark..... whats da problem and how to solve it ....reply fast please

  • @kareemakram Probably really thick now. lol (sorry). Add a bit more milk, you should be able to stir it but it will not be thin either. I wonder what flour you might have used. I usually use an all-purpose however, all but the self rising should be fine. If you are using self-rising you would omit the salt and baking powder.

Hope it works for you. Good luck! KtC

  • thank you very much...now i can make brownies!!!

  • hahahaha do you know that "kook" means cake in estonian? :D

  • @maasikas95 lol Well I understand it means 'look' In Yiddish. Interesting, I didn't know that. I think in Dutch it means 'cook' or to cook. Not sure. cheers, KtC

  • space cake....mmmmmmm

  • @kooktocook thank you so much you make cooking fun, easy and likeable, I used to hate to cook and after watching most of your videos I have to say that I'm starting to actually enjoy cooking. Thanks :-)

  • @bravone1 We have to eat so it is nice to know a couple of recipe we enjoy. This is the wife's brownies. A quick tasty snack in a pinch. cheers, KtC

  • Nice tasty looking recipe but still with this music? I had to mute it again you know =P

  • Just made this last night. It makes a great rich cake, not a brownie. Would need less flour (and proportionately less milk?) to make a fudgy brownie. However, it's perfect for a quick dessert if you have friends coming over. Great recipe!

  • please come up with different MUSIC T.T

  • what if we don't have vanilla extract??????

  • @jennyy1130 go buy it ;)

  • good

can we use aluminine foil instead of this glass lid?i have microwave safe bowl but no lid?

  • @fahhasan The foil cannot be used in a MV. Try a plastic wrap. cheers, KtC

  • @fahhasan LOL it will go BABOOM. with sparkles everywhere

  • Wow! They are delicious. I didn't want to use my moms mixer so I used a drill with a mixer attachment. It good to have a little McGyver into your meals isn't it?

  • @Left4Danny2 Yes. Work with what you have :) KtC

  • I used melted Chocolate instea. i hope that's ok???

  • @flora257 As in unsweeten chocolate (the little squares). If it turned out for you than I guess it is okay. I haven't tried this recipe/ method with them, just the cocoa. Interesting. KtC

  • @kooktocook I used black chocolate (cote d'or) , and it turned out GREAT i love the recipe, thankxx

  • @flora257 Okay, I will have to try. Thank you for sharing! KtC

  • i have GOT to try this!

  • this is AMAZING!!! this really helps thanx

  • woah i never heard of this method,, thanks!!!!

  • I literally just made these...AWESOME!!!

  • can u cook this in an oven?

  • @fardisghomeshi This recipe is best for the microwave. There would be a few changes to the ingredients if prepared in the oven. Nonetheless you can give it a go. 350F for about 30 minutes. It may be too dry. cheers! KtC

  • this one is nice, especially for those who do not 0wn an oven, like me. i only have micrwave oven.

  • oops!

Sorry i forgot to ask you this if you don't mind :P

    Which flour do you use?

    Thanks!!

  • @MennyPeddy Unless I state otherwise, I always use 'all-purpose flour'. cheers! KtC

  • I would love to try this with my sister.

I jus want to know what you mean by 'high' on the microwave thing.

Because I just have a microwave that you press minutes on.

    Thanks :)

  • @MennyPeddy It is defaulted to the high setting. You should be okay just pressing the required minutes. enjoy! KtC

  • @kooktocook Oh ok thanks! I'l just do the minutes then.

  • Hii. I triied these out today, they taste fiine but are they sposed to be cakey? Wasnt chewy liike a browniie or nothiing. Thanks =) ..

  • these look so good! thanks im going to try them today!

  • Lady Kook this is GeNiUs!!! Very useful vid thankyou

  • haah Epic video and music! very exciting

  • can we do it without the brown sugar?

  • Hi! The brown sugar will make it more moist and soft. You could get away without it but it will not be as moist.

    cheers, KtC

  • more cake than brownie, but still good :)

  • a bit of both, it is a MV recipe.

    cheers, KtC

  • thanks it tasted pretty good

  • nice and quick recipe..just wanted to know that the butter that we would use in it, should be unsalted one?

p.s thanks for the wonderful recipe..please bring in more microwave recipes..

  • good question. We usually always use non-salted butter. The unsalted would be fine in this recipe. KtC

  • what if we dont use microwave oven.. can we just bake it in the the other oven??

  • you could try an oven at 350F for about 30-40 min. However, this recipe is tweeked a bit for the MV. It may be too 'cakey' in the oven. let me know :) KtC

  • they look good but the micro part doesnt seem to appealing i dont know...

  • nice recipe sounds good

  • I just tried that recipe tastes great!!!

  • Microwave brownies...Nice! Great for anyone who doesn't have the luxury of baking in an oven. :)

  • Thank you. Yes, it works well in a pinch. cheers! KtC

  • I didn't know that was even possible

  • Ohokays , Btww we can't use plastic food wrapper . I brought microwave wrapper and it works in it. The plastic food wrapper may melts. BTW Thanks for the Recipe! its help!

  • Can it dun cover the mircowave dish using the cover? because i dun have it.

  • It should be covered or it may be too dry. Try plastic food wrap as a cover. Good luck! KtC

  • Hi!

Um, what would I do for a One person recipe? I dont want to be temped with a big bowl like that!?

  • lol. I hear you. Just split the recipe in half (or even a quarter). I do this often with many dishes. It may not take as long in the MV (probably about half the time). cheers! KtC

  • @Razberry52 i tried it in a bowl a smal one and it worked and changed the amount of the ingredients

  • Thanks. Finally I can have a MV version of brownies.

  • do these get hard after a cooling?

  • They are best enjoyed when prepared. As they cool they become less soft. It is a MV version. Give them a taste. cheers, KtC

  • can we use vegetable oil other than butter

  • OMG that loooks marvelous .... i'm gonna try this as soon as possible .... thanks for sharing :)

  • A no fuss treat in a pinch. Thank you! KtC

  • im making this. and its 4:30 am! im so excited! i hope i do it right.. :D

  • Hi, can we use all purpose flour for this recipe?

  • Yes. You will want to use all-purpose flour for this one. Nice quick brownie recipe. enjoy! KtC

  • this fantastic!

  • OMG i didnt know you could do that!!!!!!

  • Can you put some melted chocolate in instead of cocoa powder?

  • yeah
