  • 2 people never took a ride on an elevator before

  • I like the intro.

  • Why would this elevator be traction. the Atlantic station is only 3 floors.

  • I love elevators!

  • elevators are scary O.o... but i like seeing others in them xD

  • Why doesn't the bell ring?

  • This store, according to Wikipedia has 220,000 square feet of space.

  • Dude why do you and other people post videos of elevators?? I don't get it... please explain...

  • he's an elevator nerd.

  • dude its a hobbie and we enjoy them thats why

  • some people find as an addicting hobby and find themselves interested in vertical transportation

  • GET A FREAKING LIFE!

  • filming elevators is a hobby :)

  • Its a fun hobby and its interesting what you might find.

  • I ve been on that elevator so many times ata the atalantic station its awsome

  • man... youtube has the most random stuff on it... I love the internet.

I live on 10th street, a few blocks down from Atlantic station.. I love that place.

  • how come on schindlers like this has the same bell for the floor indecator as the dirrection indecator when othere companys use differnt for dirrection and floor?

  • I like that bell.

  • so do I I mean the kind at the courthouse the schindler one

  • Did you send the elevator up at the end?

  • That's a nice one - Shinny!

  • That's right, they're called the MT series signal fixtures, and rival with the ThyssenKrupp Impulse fixtures.

  • They still make these signal fixtures, but on special request, and other than that, the HT fixtures are standard.

  • These are believed to be called the MT series fixtures.

  • Usually a nuisance feature will delete the remainder of the calls in the opposite direction when it hits the final destination but it's stupid how it forgot when you hit the button right before the door closed.

  • do they still make this model or only HT seirs

  • why didnt it ding?

  • Probably disabled or broken.

  • For some reason this store used a traction elevator when they easily could have used a hydraulic one

  • I like it; It's much faster.

  • traction elevators are fast hydralic are easyer to install and have no ability to fall at all

  • what happens if it loses pressure in the pistion wont it come down then like if a hose ruptured

  • then they would have to work on it

  • I got lucky one time. If you see my videos on Schindler Elevator at King of Prussia Mall West Deck Garage

  • I got lucky today. I got to tape the Schindler at willis high school but it only short since it requires a key to enter :(

  • they can go up much higher to

  • a 3 story macys at monroville mall is traction but very slow

  • The 2-speed(double-ram) doors save door space, and probably open quicker

  • the cn tower has a glass 2speed door made by otis

  • Yeah, but this elevator had a pretty small car. Most other observation elevators have two centrally opening 2-speed doors in the cars, and centrally opening doors on the floors.

  • I like center open doors better than 2 speed I hate singel doors with 1 speed the one way singel speed are stupid it seems thats what they make now in newer bulidings

  • did otis make that other elevator at the cn tower that was not glass but its at the very top of the building ive been on there before but I dont remember the buttons because some lady was operating it

  • Otis made the CN tower elevators.

  • thats the first time i seen glassdoors very nice

  • It's weird how they use 2-speed doors on a non-cargo elevator.

  • nice

  • i love traction vators!!

  • Me too. Hydraulic elevators are ok but WAY to slow and can be loud sometime

  • This is a Schindler Elevator

  • Yep, probably right. In Georgia, you're not required to display the operating and inspection permits inside elevators.

  • I could tell this was a Schindler because of the look of the buttons

  • By the way, this elevator was built in 2005.
