i've been there, they barley let you go in, unless you pay alot, the only way to see part of the inside is if you buy a drink in the cafe they made in there. but no one barely go in the cafe, the prices are high for a drink, and if you want water they just give you tap water with ice, and it takes them a while to make the drink. but at least you are able to see some parts of the inside. at least i was able to touch the piano, lol.
the rose garden is smaller then what you see in the anime, but there is a pond there, in my opinion the place isn't really a place to spend hours and hours there unless you wanted to draw everything you see there, the place is really just one of those places to take a lot of pictures then leave.
@RingoAkai Hinamizawa exists, but its real name is Shirakawa, but they changed its name to Hinamizawa in Higurashi. They also have a festival, named Nigorizake, but it is held on October.
