I really love the Who, but I really HATE seeing anyone using them to back up their invalid arguments --- without the so-called "manufaturing" they would never become the Who you hear in records & live performances. This is part of modernity --- which the Britons first invented. Should be proud of it rather than dissing it; or, you have t quit making fun of those "developing" countries having different ethics for not having double standard and messing up your logic.

The bands of yesteryear beat the boy/girl bands that are manufactured to sell by the music companies, todays music is not a patch of what has been. @vewsong rap music has absolutely nothing to do with musicianship. it's machines, and even the vocals aren't meant to be very musical. when rap started, it was about the words, it was like more like spoken word poetry than anything else, I can least sort of respect the rap of the 90's, but before it was about the words and not the music, now it's neither. really makes me wonder why it still exists.

@ledZeppelin7680 no offence though but that suggests to me you can't hear it. it's there. i'm no rap enthusiast by any means. but i can hear talent. songs like "sing for the moment" and "stan" have the lyrical talent and tracks like "ridaz" and "things get worse" have the musical (rhythmical talent). extremely tight and rhythmical. you need talent to come up with that. being a bassist i can appreciate it, although i agree, in general rap sucks. all about clubbing or cars and bling etc.
