@kaloqnDM i have doorway pull ups bar,iron gym or something like that,not the best,but really keeps u fit if u are not lazy :) (sorry for bad english)

now i realize why i couldn't do them, i wasn't thrusting my legs up to get that upward motion; i was using my upping body only trying to pull myself into the dip position. cool
@joealtair3000 Pull-ups and dips will help you get the muscle up down. On the pull-ups touch the bar as low as possible on your chest. Be explosive. On the dips go down as low as possible while avoiding shoulder strain. If you can find a low pull-up bar and add a little jump to get used to the motion then eventually get to where you can do it from a hanging position.
