  • i quit training weights in gym and now started to do these exercise. just a quick question, can i do this exercise everyday? or u should do it once every 2-3 days to let ur body recuperate?

    i did a few sets of pull ups to make it 50 pull ups, starting with 15 reps for the 1st set. then the number decrease to about 5 per set as my muscle got tired. any recommendations?

  • @joealtair3000 Pull-ups and dips will help you get the muscle up down. On the pull-ups touch the bar as low as possible on your chest. Be explosive. On the dips go down as low as possible while avoiding shoulder strain. If you can find a low pull-up bar and add a little jump to get used to the motion then eventually get to where you can do it from a hanging position.
