I mean he seems so happy to see Homer and Homer is the only Simpson who mostly interacts with this guy so therefore this guy is gay for Homer... but not for Moleman!

I remember when I was young and I see this character in this episode, either my Mom or Dad told me he was played by the same guy who does Homer's voice, and I was shocked.
