Yep 1993 had to be. I remember it too because of her line at the end. I also remember Matt LeBlanc doing a Coke commercial where he's putting up a billboard, from like 1991 before Friends.

That sure is Cameron Diaz. This tvc was shot in Sydney, Australia back in 1991. The director of this tvc gave Cameron a contact in the states to go see about an acting career. The rest is history.
