Heey help me pls; i cant record with the program AmCap , i can see a preview in color and stuff but when i try to record ( Start Capture ) it just records nothing . And when you try to play that video it says: Can not play the file. The file is corrupt or the Player supports playing your file. so it means you cant play it. When i try to record in black and white , it can record. PLS help me here ! thx

hey i am trying to use a dazzle with amcap it will record just video but when i try to record video and sound i get this error

i have problems with this. i wanted to upload my video on youtube, but the avi is too big a file. is there a way to 'save as' a file on mpeg4? also, the audio lags behinds the video....

When I use this to capture Dazzle, it has an option to pick the dazzle audio, which is what I want, but I click it and it never checks off. Please help, I really need to know how to do this

i have a problem when i click capture/start capture it opens me a window thats say: Set captured file i have the camera and the install disk i install the cam but i dont have the snapshot and i can record because it appears me the window set captured file can you help me?

With regards to your issue we request you try reinstalling the software. If that fails, then it would be due to a compatibility issue. Also try reducing the audiorate for the easycap software. You can try with a different video capturing software.

@ViViDxShOtZ ah yeah i had that problem and gave up on the newest one, so I downloaded Pinnacle Studio 12 and used the Amcap version from that. It is the best with compatibility and doesn't give you that error. You can find pinnacle studio 12 on most torrent sites.

make sure to close and log off all messenger programs such as Yahoo Msgr, Skype, Windows Live etc... then try using Amcap again
