her mom and dad fight. then dad hits her. she then goes back in time to where Stephen gets stoned for being a Christian.

Then she goes to another time where "I" get beheaded for preaching.

Then she witnesses another Christian get hanged.

Moral is you are never alone in this world even when you are persecuted.

What I think it is protraying (am not 100% sure, though): a girl who is a Christian and she believes in God, but at the same time she is seeing a whole bunch of evil stuff around her. In the first scene, there was the woman arguing with a man for being a drunk and then getting beaten for it. In the ensueing scenes, there were people people hurt and killed for confesssing faith in Christ and preaching about it. She doesn't understand why things like that are happening.
