Orianthi is so skilled at what she does. True knowledge of the fretboard. Better than this, trashy distortion and powerchords that sound out of tune.

Testing amp or not, at least have an guitar that's in some correct tuning.

I asked a musician friend about that once (Kurt) and he explained it though I couldn't repeat it if I tried, something about a talent for playing fills, etc, whatever. The thing about Kat is she's like a brand now, she's a complete original, that's why it's so hard to compare her to anyone else, she uses her voice and instruments to say exactly what she wants to get across, bends them to her will and not the other way around.
