It would be nice to know what is represented in the rest of the picture/film. What are the triangle type objects, and is this an overlay, obviously, but why and how. I am assuming the triangular type things are markers, the lights markers? I am just curious to know what I am looking at in more detail.
I assume by "triangular objects" you mean the bright objects around the edge. These seem to me to be likely to be street lamps. This is a "fish-eye" image covering the whole sky. Anything on the outer edge is at ground level.
