  • @schatzi53 that's amazing man! Def one of the most impressive results I've seen. I'm assuming you followed to diet plan to a T. I've got a question tho, I'm two weeks in and I've been really sticking to the diet, but sometimes il double up my protein to get a full serving. Like 6 oz of chicken instead of 3. Can u do that or do they expect 7 diff protein intakes? Awesome results man..

  • lol im sorry nice to see you lost a lot of body fat but there is no way in helllllll you gained that much muscle in 90 days i use to do bodybuilding and i could only gain max 10 pounds of muscle in a full year and i use to work out hard and it looks like youv dropped your body fat down to below 10 and gained over 10 pounds of muscle not a chance in heel but congratz on your transformation

  • Thats fantastic! I've just completed my first 30 days and have lost 12 lbs and about 3 inches from my waist. I started the next set yesterday and found it pretty tough but I'll keep going.

    It looks like the last 30 days seem to make the biggest difference when i look at your video...did you change your diet to suit?

  • @FrisbeeBaller17 you have to do three things for the 6 pack. cardio, diet and work the abs. Without one of those three, it doesn't work.

  • thanks for responding..a lot of people on here dont...but i would like to follow the nutrition guide but i dont think i can afford it and my job requires me to eat in a vehicle so...but i am eating healthy and i can see and feel my arms getting stronger...i just finished day 17 and have lost 3.2 pounds...does that sound typical to u?...what im really worried about is the gut/pounds/fat...i kind of want to see results to keep me pushing more

  • nice results...how much calories did u intake in a day?...about when did u start to see results and lose weight?...im on day 7 and havent lost a single pound...im not following the guide but am eating healthy

  • @kouiexiong I started to see results within the first couple weeks. Every body is different though. Many that i have done it with have not lost a lot of weight in the first phase because their body is working to build muscle and that offsets the fat loss. You need the lean muscle mass to burn the calories though. I don't know why you wouldn't follow the nutrition guide though. It keeps your diet in line with what your body needs for the workouts. If you are doing the program, do it 100%

  • well done m8 gud work i was just gona ask im thinking of buying the p90x workout im 6'1 n about 12.9 (150lbs) im lean all ready im not looking to lose weightyou wouldnt see me lol im looking to bulk up but still stay ripped. do you think this workout would work for me? i used to go gym but since having my 3rd son i havent had time to go. any comments or advice much appreciated keep up the gud work m8 and might see me on here in a few months with my transformation lol

  • Drinking protein shakes is a waste of money. Your body burns in this order , carbohydrates->fat->protein. Protein is supposed to be 15% of your diet, and assuming you have a healthy balanced one, there is no need for shakes, you essentially pee out te concentrated protein you consume

  • @Shufffless protein should be 40% of your diet. The protein shake is to be taken 15- 30 min after workout along with a simple carb. This helps recovery in a mojor way.

Get what you want out of your body, it will look great when you are done, and if you stick with it. I'm doing it right now, and I'm leaning out like crazy.

  • Dude, I've p90x sitting there for about a year. I'd do a week or two of it and just give up. I never stuck to the nutrition. After watching your video, I'm going to stick to the diet exactly and do every workout for the next 90 days. Your progress is really encouraging. I have tried to do P90X a couple of times and have used your video as inspiration cause you have the same sort of body shape as I do. The difference is I am 6'4 and weigh 240 pounds. My pant size is 36. I wanted to ask you if you started the classic right away or did you do the lean sometime because I have tried doing the classic but some exercises like the different pushups and plyo are a little hard...any tips????

  • @hmarkvitz I went straight to the classic version. All the workouts are hard. That's why it works. Just do your best and do as many as you can and soon you will be keeping up with the videos. Good luck!

  • That is sweet bro! I did my own workout for 5 months with lots of running and made a video of results yesterday. I just started P90X Monday with about 15 of my friends to see what kind of new and different results I can get and see how they can change. You are motivational.

  • is it normal to quit the workout early if your exhausted? the first day i had to quit with 30 minutes left in the workout, the second day(which was yesterday) i had to quit with 20 minutes left in the workout.(all of this means i must be really out of shape lol)

    im trying to work myself into the workouts, so it wont be as painful and exhausting lol.

    anybody got any tips?

  • @matttharipper Just do what you can every day and soon you'll be doing the whole workout....like they say Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was your body!

  • When u started, could you do the pull up training in p90x ? If no, how did you overcome it? Because I have trouble doing my pull ups

  • @pupilsactionparty I could do three pullups on my fit test. Use your chair and do the workouts and it comes...I promise.

  • I'm favorating this video fo motivation. I am going to come look at it when I'm thinking of quitting. I started P90X a week ago and I'm now 235 but I'm 6'4. I've never been fit all my life although my best weight has been 220 but I got fat again eating junk food. Your achievements is what I am looking for. I don't want to be skinny but I want to be fit. Did you do 12-15 reps with less weight or 8-10 with more weight? Thanks for the vid and keep up the good work.

  • I'm on day 30 today. It's hard but I saw some results in my shoulders, arms, and abs in only week 2. I'm only 18 and I don't do the food guide... My metabolism is so high all I do is take protein. I love the work out and results. If I was older I would recommend the food guide. But great results bro! You look great! P90x is the best.

  • @ajcmovies1 I started working out about 2 months ago, not on the P90X but a similar programme I devised myself. Along with working out I changed my eating habits from eating junk to eating healthy. I saw zero results the first month, but after that month, the change did start happening and it didn't stop, now only 2 months in and I am lighter and slimmer than I was before and visibly I look so much better. My only advise is not to give up!

  • no way, hows that possible? At 30 you were able to spike your metabolism that much?! Were you on Jack3d, Cellmass, or what?

  • @tekkenmaster123 I never ate 9 egg whites because P90x nutrition guide doesn't ever tell you to eat hat. In Level II you eat 7 protein servings a day. I never had a problem with the nutrition guide.

  • @maeishoj yes, thats when you just go all out on all the workouts and do extra cardio, you will get there.

  • @abdulazeez77 Start out doing what you can, stick with the diet and the pullup will get easier. Follow the instructions on the DVDs on how to modify.
