From everything ive heard the girl in this video is the big sister. Depending on what you chose in the first game, to save or harvest little sisters, two things happened. Either you saved them and the big sister missed rapture which is y she returned or you harvested them and she took over rapture for you or she killed you for power. You the first big daddy ever has free will which means she cant control you. She deosnt want you to have anything to do with the little sisters.

Yes she is the big sister (at one time a little sister)with out the body suit.

There are more than 1 big sisters, and this girl was your Little sister, and she still sees you as a father, and if you kill little sisters, in the end she kills little sisters and you, if you save little sisters, she saves you and the other little sisters.

i cant wait for bio 2, but i wish i didnt play a big daddy because im afraid it would be too easy and we would be overpowered, hense getting rid of the fear element, plus i wish they stuck with the name bioshock 2: sea of dreams instead of just bioshock 2

Because the big daddy you play is a proto type made by that russian lady to protect the little sisters, she wants to just use the little sisters for adam

But this doesen't have sense, i mean, if you're the first Big Daddy, then Jack still doesen't exist -> Bioshock 1 events haven't happened yet -> No little sister on the surface missing Rapture. Get what i mean?

no, that's the truth :p some of the little sisters go to the surface and live normal lives, but one of them can never forget Rapture and goes back there to rejuvenate the city as a Big Sister.

It hasn't been proven by any sources at all. We know that the BS is a old LS. We don't know that the sister in this teaser is actually the BS, even though it is HIGHLY probable.
