They are there as they want to live there and want to remain a part of the UK, not forcibly join into Argentina.

The Islands AND the Islanders are either one nation or the other. Or the Islands are split down the middle, and even that won't work because the Oil reservoirs under the waters will possibly span from one side to the other, and That would cause more problems.
The only solution is: 1. Ignore Argentina 1. give Argentina the Islands 3. Make a joint oil company & share

@iRiggers of course everything is imposible if you keep refusing dialogue. And btw dialogue doesn't mean giving up the islands. There are many choices. I believe, of course, the best would be to give us the islands. And if you don't wanna leave your interests, british oil companies could work there. And many comercial agreetments between the 2 countries. i wish we could end this issue and achieve a friendship with the UK. that's why i think you should accept dialogue for a solution.

@micaela1488 The problem is that Argentina's interpretation of 'dialogue' basically means the UK turning it's back on British citizens and giving Argentina everything it wants in return for nothing. The UN called for dialogue. This doesn't mean they are saying the UK has to give the Falklands to Argentina and this is how Argentina has interpreted the UN's words. How can we possibly 'negotiate' with a nation that doesn't even understand the meaning of the word?

And of course the UN supports dialogue They are still neutral, we know they don't support us. The only thing UK says is they respect islanders interests. We always said we respect them too, they wanna remain british and we are not agains that, we only want the territory. the only problem is oil that's why i said both countries should work together.
