Princess Diana and I were the same age. I had been married a little over a year and had my infant daughter when she got married. I am happy for the new couple. Her sons rise above the media with strength and honor. They also have remembered to have a bit of fun once in a while. Their mom would have been proud. The Archbishop seems to understand what is important in a relationship - continual renewal by searching for and finding all the the precious pearls that make each of us who we are.

Beautiful and so true and sad too, because so very many go into marriage on a whim, blinded by a superficial attraction that they believe is the real thing only to end up at the divorce courts, often with tearful little children who simply don't understand why Mama and Daddy can't be together with them any more. The Royal Couple do seem unusually mature and not at all starry-eyed. Let''s hope they have a life-long joyous union that nothing can destroy!
