losi ftw, I've owned many traxxas', and they have been turds. Wont make a corner for there lives. Went losi and I never looked back. I've had a xxxnt for about 6 years now and for the most part bashed it. The only thing I've broken are control arms. thing owns.

@grasspubes32 Many people have varied opinions, if a traxxas truck is set up properly, in particular anything with a revo suspension design, it does rather well around corners, t-maxxes and such are not the case. If a traxxas vechicle is upgraded properly, they are great trucks, see my platinum revo for an example of an amazing traxxas vechicle. ;)

I agree with Nitromad here. I have the Revo 5309 with a few minor ups and the Losi 8T 2.0. Revo is a durable basher that's stable and quick for a Monster Truck. The Losi is built for speed and handling. Both great; both durable but they have two different purposes. And with traxxas's 2.4 Ghz remote I have yet to go beyond max range or have any if the Hiccups the old remote had.

How can you compare 2 different trucks that are not even close to each other in "class"? The 8ight is a truggy, and the Revo is a monster truck. Your revo is nice, but it isn't stock. I don't know, I just don't think it was a good comparison.

Both are nice builds depending on the application. To different class trucks designed for two different applications. I love traxxas and I love Losi and owned them both. I personaly am a fan of OFNA, specifically the jammin line of truggy's.

Revo racing is not against the truggies, they run in MT (monster truck), I happen to own a Revo, an 8ight-T 1.0, and an MBX5R buggy. The Revo has had the most mods done to improve it because it is the poorest funcionality design...sure it's original, but originality won't make it perform. It has poor weight distribution and is top heavy compared to a truggy. It also breaks easier then the others. It's fun for yard bashing but not even close in the fast aspect. What dumbass bases choice on looks?
