before i knew about Dark Side of the Rainbow, i once accidently synced this section with Pink Floyd's the Narrow Way (Parts 1/2/3) from Ummagumma. it was incredible.
KIller! I just found my VHS tape after 15+ years. Thanks for making me go and find it. Jan Hammer is the Best. I loved when Jeff Beck toured with him and his band. Full Moon Boogie
Whoa...There's a lot of heavy metaphors flying around because of this segment, which is one of my particular favorites. Check out the 13 Bonus, it just accentuates it..Kudos for the posting, and the metaphysical aspects that prompted the previous postings...Whoa...
This video represents Du'a Khalil Aswad to a tee. Now an Angel in the heavens. Her brave sacrafice, no doubt, has given new life to many others just like her. How many honor killing atrocities were stopped cold because of her sacrifice? Plenty, you can be sure. The seed of life seen here represents every young lady like her that was spared the horrors of honor killing, thanks to Du'a's sacrifice. Du'a is the epitome of life and hope for everyone. She is truly a child of God.
@DeadBodyOutline It's called panspermia. Since it is now understood that viruses and bacteria can survive in the radiation and vacuum of space, scientists have hypothesized that at least some of the life on Earth originally came from elsewhere. Panspermia has been proposed to explain the Cambrian Explosion.
I love this! Takes me back. I remember when this was new, people were amazed that a computer could do such things. And I faked being sick at school so I could stay home and watch this video. O.O
where can I get the video that started with seeds of life? I had it from the library and played it with Pink Floyd Obscured by Clouds and they meshed very well.

I remember someone said that this was actually a theory of how life started throughout the universe.

On the soundtrack CD there's a version of this song with '80s-style butt-rock vocals. It's kind of awesome.
