So the faith didint change only your position to the orthodox faith changed. This style of dressing wouldn´t be strange for your ancestors, i mean for the old greek orthodox people, because headscarf and to cover all your body is/was also a part of orthodox faith. So the faith didint change only your position to the orthodox faith changed. Your ancestors lived religious and obey the orders of their faith, but the new generation don´t live religious many of them don´t know their faith exactly.
