I heard of how Jesus changed other people's lives and I wanted it too.I was a lying stealing cheating arrogant sexually immoral drug-addicted jerk.I knew I was bad and wanted to be good.I asked Jesus to take control of my life because I had made a mess of it.He came and purified my thought-life and heart. Though he was innocent, I believe He died for my sins, and came to life again. Understanding His love I trust Him and let Him transform my life.I have peace now i didnt know was possible.

I sang this song for the first time at a Billy Graham Crusade in Detroit Michigan in 1976 when I was 11 years old. I lost my father due to a heart attack two months before the Crusade. I have always felt that this song was a gift from God to me, to reassure me in that terrible time. I am now 46 and I still feel that way. I still feel that this song is very special
Yes, Just Because He Lives, This helps me through the day to live for Him my Master. Jesus is the Savior of this World. We Need to get back to the bible in these end times and spread the truth to the lost of this world in desparate need of JESUS.
