just wondering i have the 2008 macbook pro and i still have the original 1 gb ramx2. can this computer take 2x4gb ram sticks or just a max of 4 total ? please let me know thanks
my gf has a macbook pro unibody 15 inches late 2008 (the first version of unibody). My question is, how much ram can it take MAX? please someone help me figuring it out.
@brianacash13 you don't have to buy from apple but i wouldn't recommend sticking anything in there. you should buy it from a well known seller of mac hardware where you can read buyer reviews. i've bought memory from OWC for a decent price and it worked fine on my 2008 macbook pro
ooh and btw thanks for watching my video before making this one! cuz you gave some of my tips! im not saying that you copied or anything but im happy mine gets a few views too :D
yup! Thanks dude! I watched ur video first then made this! I planned on making a much shorter one than yours, but it turned out to be pretty long! Thanks for your support! U wanna put these as a vid response?
great video. Alhoutgh "you could sell them for around a 100 dollars" XD thats a good one. no ones needs 2x1GB since thats the minimum that a unibody macbook comes with so proberbly max 40$
This just for NOOB. :P

Can you put in any kind of DDR3 RAM or do you have to buy it over priced at Apple?
