How do you expect anyone (unless they already are very familiar with Tai Chi) to follow or learn from this video if you don't break it down into smaller 'practice' segments?

Did you study with L Ng, Cardiff, Wales? This is the first VDO that almost matches exactly what I learnt with him over 20 years ago! Thanks
