Bon Jovi not only has no musical creativity, but he butchered a beautiful sicilian song,called vitti na crozza, thinking that because he is of sicilian descendance he can do that. As a real sicilian I am very offended . And yes Umberto Tozzi is one of Italy best singer and composer.

I am not an "ignorant American" at all. And I showed the song to several other people I know, and they said that they couldn't see how it was similar at all. And I've never heard of "Umberto Tozzi" until this very incident, so he can't be THAT important, right? And I'm still dumbfounded that anyone could blame someone of "copying a song" for having 2 coincidental keyboard riffs, with only 4 notes! There's limits to stuff, and yeah stuff will sound similar, but that doesn't mean it's copied.

I am sorry I don't think you are ignorant at all and I agree the Jovy one is much more aggressive of course (hence the 2 diff. cultures) but the song it's amazing similar not only in the intro but also when there's the repeat "notte rosa notte rosa" that in english becomes something else but similar. Also Michael jackson was sued by Al Bano for a similar situation. We are soo creative...

Oh please. Yes, this does sound like Only Lonely, but look at it this way: This is such a simple tune, and it WAS the 80s, anyone could have done it. Plus, does this REALLY sound like something Jon Bon Jovi would listen to, no less COPY? I don't think so. Bon Jovi had 5 members, and ABLE SONGWRITERS, they wouldn't need to copy an Italian song they probably didn't understand anyway. And other than the "da da, da da" type sound, they're not really THAT similar.

Okay listen. Have you even listened to Only Lonely? Because anyone would say that other than that keyboard piece, the songs are nothing alike. Only Lonely is MUCH more agressive, and completely different. Go to my channel, Only Lonely is on there. Plus, what about all the guitar work? There's no guitar like that in this song at all. So seriously, ACTUALLY listen to them both, and then tell me what you ACTUALLY think, and stop blindly defending people from Italy just because you live there.
