look on youtube more there is a sequence w/ some switches and they open a door in some house w/ a flamingo outside of it.

im not sure with one your talking about but when u get to the cave that has the barrier on the right side theres two on the left side after going left go up and keep going till u get to the part of the switch and find out the code then move on ahead so you'll get to vinnys's house and into the silver door and youl find the genorator.The last one I uh forgot um srry ... heh

You click these colors for the switch: blue, black ,and green. Then you can destroy the generator in Vinnie's house.

The third generator is in Vinnie's house. You have to go to the cave with all of the switches and click these colors: black, blue, and green. You'll see a door open in Vinnie's house, you go there and destroy the generator.
