well high resolution makes it all and the rendering settings.

Lets face it, I made this video with Sony Vegas Pro 8

the videoclips resolution was 1024x720

and the Rendering settings were 6 MB/PS wmv

if we are only talking about CSS

I used Clayman movie GUI for this and recorded from the console typing "startmovie blabla" and put it all together with VirtualDub
