I have to admit that Riles07 is right. Don't flood your video with tags that have no relevance to your video because people will think that the video is something else and then they'll watch it and you'll get some bad ratings. Your tags have no relevance to your vid. For example, Crysis is a shooter game for the PC. The GTA series has nothing to do with your vid. About maybe 15 of the 20000 cars you put on your tags were shown. Next time only put tags that have a lot of relevance to your vid.
